政外教研组
There are currently 9 teachers in the English Teaching and Research Group of Wuhan School of Finance and Economy, 2 and 7 English teachers. As a teaching group, it is effectively constructed, consisting of not only the richly experienced and perfectly skilled senior teachers, but also the young teachers who are in the prime of their lives and meanwhile equipped with sound knowledge.
英语教研组现有教师 9 名。其中，两名政治教师，七名外语教师。该组室师资队伍结构合理。既有多名长期从教，具有多年丰富教学经验和精湛教学技艺的资深教师；又有一大批年富力强，功底扎实，充满朝气的中青年教师。
All the teachers have been following out the spirit of the principal. That is the spirit of “Love, Concreteness, Proficiency, and Liveliness”. During teaching, taking the development of students as the most important, the whole staff emphasizes that listening and speaking come first and the foundation stands firm. In this way, the English study of students turns out to be a real improvement of their linguistic competence. In the group, there is an intense academic research atmosphere, and all members endeavor to quest for new teaching method.
全体教师一贯坚持学校长期以来形成的“爱、实、精、活”的教风。在教学过程中，注重“以学生的发展为本”，强调听说的领先与基础的落实。力求使学生的英语学习真正成为一种语言能力提升的过程。组内教学研究的气氛浓厚，努力探索，积极创新。
All the teachers in the group are brave in practice, as well as diligent to think. Taking full advantage of the information technology distinguishing feature of the school, they have made many multimedia courseware. At the same time, they have written out a certain amount of teaching tutorials and case analysises, many of which have been released on local publications and have received academic awards.
组内教师在勇于实践的同时，也勤于思考。大家既利用学校信息技术特色的优势，制作了大量的多媒体课件，又撰写了一定的教学论文和案例分析，相当一部分在市区刊物上发表并获奖。
